I am Enakeno Victoria Oju. Born and raised in Nigeria, I’m an author, transformation advocate, and communications specialist with over a decade of experience in internal and external communications. I’m known for my ability to turn ideas into engaging, purposeful content—and for supporting others to find clarity, build confidence, and become visible in their chosen paths.

With a B.A. in Theatre Arts, an M.A. and PhD in Media Arts, and an MBA, I blend academic depth with real-world experience to empower my audience to rewrite their narrative and command their space—professionally and personally.
What I Believe
I believe that radical transformation is possible when you choose to redefine yourself from the inside out. For years, I struggled with invisibility and internal doubt, working hard and hoping to be noticed—until I realized that visibility is not accidental, it’s intentional. My journey taught me that transformation begins when you stop waiting and start owning your narrative.

What I Do
I recently launched a platform and message dedicated to helping women and young professionals evolve, rise, and create lives of meaning. Through my books (Redefining You, Attraction Secrets, Selling All Year Round), and thought leadership, I guide individuals through internal transformation, confidence building, and clarity of purpose.
I also help purpose-driven leaders share their journeys of impact—through content, stories, and books—so they can inspire others and build lasting influence.
What Drives Me
For years, I worked hard behind the scenes, battling self-doubt, second-guessing my voice, and feeling invisible—like no matter how much I did, it was never enough. I struggled with the pressure to prove myself in spaces that didn’t always feel welcoming - like I had to shrink to be accepted.
It took hitting a breaking point to realize that waiting for permission would never get me the life I wanted. I’ve learned that visibility doesn’t just happen—it’s created with intention, courage, and a willingness to grow through discomfort.
Today, I’m passionate about helping others rise from similar struggles, step out of the shadows, break through internal and societal limitations, and show up as their boldest, most powerful selves.
